The Pole Man produces jump rails up to regulation length of 4.2 metres, with a diameter of 100 millimetres. He also turns out shorter rails by order.
He also creates cross-country rails, with a diameter of 150 millimetres.
The Pole Man has done some experimenting in his time, and found that pine isn’t good enough. He learned that douglas fir makes a far superior rail when turned down to 100 millimetres, as it’s light and strong.
